Continental are happy for their CR2/CR3 front tyres to be fitted to the rear, however, there are conditions. Please see the letter below.
Transponder Brackets
Due to the timekeepers having trouble identifying certain machines on track due to some riders having their transponders on their person and not on their machine, transponder brackets must be fitted to all machines for scrutineering and used for the transponder in the race.
A lack of a transponder bracket on a machine is a tech failure.
